You are entitled to receive a full refund within 7 days of your purchase without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date on which you purchased your Evendeals plan.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

We will process your refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive your refund request. We will use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Service Access After Refund

Upon processing your refund, your access to Evendeals services will be terminated. Any banners currently active on your websites will stop displaying, and you will lose access to your dashboard and analytics data.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above conditions or in cases of suspected abuse or fraud. Refunds are not available after the 7-day period has expired.
